Virtual Brewers Comes to Booths

An exclusive range of boutique bottled beers from Australia has arrived at Booths in time for the Ashes series, bringing the Aussie collection up to a topical Eleven.

An innovative 'Brewer Podcast' has provided a host of insight into the brews and the personalities behind the brands in time for the in-store promotion from 20 June to 5 July.

Bluebottle Beer – New South Wales

The Gippsland Gold has beautiful rich malts which will delight the most discerning pale ale fan. Hops from Tasmania ensure this beer has achieved the perfect Malt-and-Hops balance - and has a great reputation for starting parties wherever it goes! Excellent with all steaks, roast lamb and game meats.

Little Creatures – Western Australia

Little CreaturesThis Pale Ale is hand crafted in small batches using sensational whole hop flowers and specialty malts. Pale Ale is bottle conditioned using a secondary yeast and has no artificial additives. The result is a clean, citrus flavour and distinct floral aroma.

Pikes Oaksbank - South Australia

Pikes OaksbankThis brew is a traditional Pilsner style and offers a fresh and very aromatic beer which displays citrus and fruity notes. It finishes clean and crisp with a hint of bitterness adding length and texture – a great quaffer that goes particularly well with garlic prawns.

Red Angus Pilsner – New South Wales

Red Angus PilsnerA pure grain fed Pilsner made with 5 malted grains and 3 classic hops, giving a wild profusion of spicy and fruit aromas which develops as the beer is drunk, with more earth aromas of the bittering hops coming through towards the bottom of the glass.

Coopers - South Australia

CoopersThe Coopers Original Pale Ale has a fruity character and robust flavour – perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented with no preservatives or additives, the ‘Burton-on-Trent’ style, a secondary fermentation creates the secondary trademark sediment that gives ‘Pale’ its fine cloudy appearance. Coopers Sparkling Ale has a distinctive balance of malt, hops and fruit characters, the old ‘Red Label’ is a tasty slice of Coopers history. Little has changed since Thomas Cooper produced his first batch of Coopers Sparkling Ale ion 1862.
